We are pleased to announce that we will be providing funding to 70 families in 2025.
Applications will open at 8am on Sunday, February 9, 2025 and will close at 8pm on Monday, February 10, 2025.
Funding will be provided to 70 families, who have children under the age of 18 with a diagnosis of cerebral palsy, in the amount of up to $700 to use for therapy only. Families must reside in Ontario. Therapists must be located in Ontario.
For families who have not received funding from Noah's Clubhouse in prior years, you will need to provide supporting documentation:
1. Medical documentation for diagnosis of cerebral palsy, AND,
2. documentation from practitioner prescribing therapy.
Get these documents ready as soon as possible.
For families who have received funding from Noah's Clubhouse in the past, you will need to provide a prior year funding number in their application. This information is found in a past funding acceptance letter.
Funding must be used by December 31, 2025. NO EXTENSIONS, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Notifications of acceptance will be emailed by March 1, 2025.
